In accordance with the True North Culture Statement of doing everything for the citizens, consider an ordinance pertaining to Personnel Policies and Procedures, amending Section 17-1-4-138, Division, 17-1-4, Article 17-1, Chapter 17, Lawton City Code 2015, by clarifying rate of pay for shift differential, clarifying when a qualifying shift employee will receive shift differential pay, providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
