In accordance with the True North Culture Statement, by seeking to provide a safe environment and opportunities for our children to thrive, consider an ordinance pertaining to Recreation, amending Section 19-3-311, Article 19-3, Chapter 19, Lawton City Code 2015, by prohibiting use of throw nets in Lake Helen and Liberty Lake, providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
