Consider approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF), Local 1882 to authorize the transition of three (3) Assistant Fire Marshal positions from 8-hour shifts to 24-hour shifts and increase the salary of personnel in Prevention, Training, and the Staff Assistant Fire Chief.
