Consider approving proposed Council Policy 1-13 “Access Policy” pertaining to public access to City Hall and City employees/elected officials with the purpose to enhance security, safety, and efficient operations by establishing procedures for the public when accessing City Hall and when requesting to meet with city employees or elected officials, take action as deemed necessary, including any floor amendments.
