Consider and take action in accepting the Oklahoma State Competitive ARPA Grant in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and authorize the Chairman and Secretary to execute the funding agreement for the Grant. Grant fund are designated for the construction of Lake Ellsworth Spillway Rehabilitation.
