Consider approving a resolution amending the City of Lawton FY 2023-2024 budget by appropriating $32,494,467.23 to the Lawton Water Authority Fund for projects funded by Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loans, and up to $3,000,000.00 to the Capital Improvement Projects Fund for projects within said fund.
