Consider and take action in accepting the Oklahoma State Designated ARPA Grant in the amount of $10,000,000 and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute the funding agreement with the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB). The $10,000,000.00 allows OWRB to take 4% as administrative fee $400,000.00 provides a net of $9,600,000.00 for the construction of Ellsworth Spillway Rehabilitation.
