Consider waiving sections 7-12-2 and 12-1 of Lawton City Code to allow for children aged 17 and under to operate entrepreneurial ventures, such as lemonade stands, without temporary structure permits and food-service establishment permits, direct staff to include an exception for these requirements in the code that also protects against shams, and take action as deemed necessary.
