Consider approving a Limited Support Agreement between H.E.L.P. Advocacy Center of Southwest Oklahoma and the City of Lawton to fund activities designed to identify and assist with the opening of a safe, trauma informed space for sexual assault victims to come and receive multi-agency care and support and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
