Consider approving a resolution to allow for the transfer of monthly commissions from jail inmate calls to a Special Revenue Fund account for the Lawton Police Department’s Technical Services Division. Funding comes from the commissions received from the municipal jail’s inmate calls. Currently, all revenues received are deposited into the General Fund. The funds will be carried over from year to year.
