Consider ratifying the decision of the City Manager by approving a No Cost Space Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience to use space within the Owens Multipurpose Center located at 1405 SW 11th Street and waive the rental fees as listed in section 19-702 of the fee schedule.
