Consider approving the First Amended Agreement for professional services between the City of Lawton and Collins, Zorn & Wagner, PLLC (“CZW”) to represent the City and employees named in their official and individual capacities in the pending case of Kent Jackson as Personal Representative of the Estate of Israel Williams vs City of Lawton, et al, CIV-23-284-G and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
