Consider accepting and conditionally approving the transfer of the city owned Armed Services YMCA property, located at 900 NW Cache Road, to Lawton Public Schools in exchange for Lawton Public Schools dissolving the existing lease agreement for city hall and deeding the school-owned property, located at 212 SW 9th Street, to the City of Lawton.
