Contingent upon: (1) the City and the Chamber of Commerce approving an amended FY-22-23 support agreement on or before June 13, 2023, and (2) the City, if necessary, amending its Hotel/Motel Tax Allocation Resolution, consider conditionally approving a request from the Juneteenth Committee to allocate $25,000.00 from the Chamber of Commerce/LEDC Hotel/Motel Fund for the 2023 Juneteenth Celebration, and take action as deemed necessary.
