Consider approving an ordinance, including any floor amendments related thereto, concerning the Lake and Land Commission; amending Section 2-3-1-301, Division 2-3-1, Article 2-3, Chapter 2, Lawton City Code, 2015; by stating that one commission member residing in the city limits shall be a city council person, one commission member shall reside or own real property (either directly or principally through a business) within a two-mile radius from any point of the shoreline of Lake Lawtonka and one commission member shall reside or own real property (either directly or principally through a business) within a two-mile radius from any point of the shoreline of Lake Ellsworth; providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
