Consider an ordinance pertaining to offenses and crimes creating Section 16-6-1-625, Division 16-6-1, Article 16-6, Chapter 16 of the Lawton City Code, 2015, relating to offenses against public authority, making it unlawful to willfully disturb, interfere with or disrupt the business of any political subdivision which includes the publicly posted meetings or any employee, agent, official, or representative of any political subdivision, further, making it unlawful to willfully refuse to disperse or leave any property, building or structure owned, leased or occupied by any political subdivision or its employees, after proper notice made by peace officer or security personnel, providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
