Consider approving a resolution amending the City of Lawton FY 2022-2023 budget, as amended, by appropriating $1,017,335 to the General Fund for the purpose of applying the settlement funds (less attorney fees) from the Engie litigation and the remaining escrow funds towards the principal of the lease.
