Consider approving an ordinance, pertaining to Chapter 15, Section 15-2-201 and 15-2-206 of the Lawton City Code, by changing the amount of the fines associated with the accumulation of weeds and/or trash, allowing for the city to charge to utility accounts for abatements within the right-of-way providing for floor amendments, providing for severability, and establishing an effective date.
