Pursuant to Title 25, § 307 (B)(4) Oklahoma Statutes, Council will consider convening in executive session to discuss the pending action against Republic Paper Inc. on advice from the City Attorney that disclosure will seriously impair council’s ability process the pending proceeding in the public’s interest.
