Consider approving an Ordinance that amends Section 12-1-104, Article 12-1, Chapter 12, Food & Food Establishments, Lawton City Code, 2015; by stating that food employees can attend a class provided by the health department or an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) certified online class in order to obtain their food handlers permit with the City, by removing the references to the health department taking the applications for food handlers permits and stating that the applications shall be handled through the building division, providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
