Consider awarding construction contract to K&R Builders for Project EN2205 Construction of NE 29th St. Drainage Culvert and Appurtenances (M14-4) over Tributary to Wratten Creek. This is in accordance with the True North Culture Statement by providing a more efficient service to the citizens of Lawton.
