Consider accepting and approve the contract between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and The City of Lawton Transit Trust for a Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities, Capital Assistance Grant Program for the purpose of the mobility management program within Comanche County and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement and MOU.
