Consider approving an ordinance, including any floor amendments related thereto, pertaining to Chapter 6 Buildings, Construction and Housing, Section 6-1-1-108D of the Lawton City Code, to increase the number of permit extensions that may be granted for reconstruction, remodel or repair of a structure, deemed dilapidated by the Council, from two (2) permit extensions to five (5) permit extensions; providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
