Consider approving a resolution amending the City of Lawton FY 2022-2023 budget, as amended, by appropriating $67,460.00 to the 2019 Capital Improvement Fund for HVAC replacements at McMahon Auditorium, and $261,800.00 to the Emergency Reserve Fund for the demolition of a burnt nursing home located at 1301 NW Andrews Avenue.
