Consider and take appropriate action with respect to a resolution of the City of Lawton, Oklahoma (the “City”) authorizing application for Water and Wastewater ARPA Grant from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) for the rehabilitation water mains, wastewater mains and Southeast Water Treatment Plant (SEWTP) Sludge handling facility and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said documents
