Consider and take appropriate action with respect to a resolution of the City of Lawton, Oklahoma (the “City”) authorizing application for High Hazard Dam (HHD) grants from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) for the rehabilitation of Lake Ellsworth Spillway and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said documents.
