Consider and take appropriate action with respect to a resolution of the Lawton Water Authority, Oklahoma (the “Authority”) authorizing application for Water and Wastewater ARPA Grant from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) for the rehabilitation water mains, wastewater mains and Southeast Water Treatment Plant (SEWTP) Sludge handling facility and authorize the Chairperson and Secretary to execute said documents.
