Consider and take appropriate action with respect to a resolution of the Lawton Water Authority, Oklahoma (the “Authority”) authorizing application for High Hazard Dam (HHD) grants from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) for the rehabilitation of Lake Ellsworth Spillway and authorize the Chairperson and Secretary to execute said documents.
