Consider an ordinance pertaining to offenses and crimes amending Sections 16-5-2-221, 16-5-2-222, 16-5-2-223 and 16-5-2-225, all within Division 16-5-2, Article 16-5, Chapter 16 of the Lawton City Code 2015, relating to the prevention of youth access of tobacco by adding the terms nicotine product and vapor product and by increasing the legal age from eighteen (18) to twenty-one (21) amended by state law, providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
