Consider a Resolution approving the trust indenture creating the Lawton Youth Sports Authority; providing for appointment of the initial trustees; setting forth the purposes of the trust, the trust estate, and powers of the trustees; authorizing the acceptance of the beneficial interest of the trust by the beneficiary, the City of Lawton; making any floor amendments Council deems necessary; and authorizing the execution of the trust indenture as appropriate.
