Consider approving a change order titled “Change Order No. 1 to ESC (Phase 1) to the original 2008 Energy Services Contract between the City of Lawton and the Chevron Energy Solutions Company [contract now assigned to Engie Services, U.S. Inc.] to terminate the annual testing of water meter accuracy for Years 12 through 15, and thereby reduce the annual measurement and verification fees for those remaining years; and authorize the execution of the proposed change order.
