Consider amending Council Policy 8-1: Engineering & Architectural Selection Process to authorize the City Manager or their designee to negotiate fees with and supervise engineering/architectural firms that provide services for the City, and to increase the expected fee amount thresholds requiring Council approval of contracts and formal selection processes.
