Consider approving a resolution amending the City of Lawton FY 2022-2023 budget, as amended, by appropriating $5,815,203.98 to the 2019 Capital Improvement Fund for projects not included in the FY 2022-2023 budget, $52,000,000.00 to the Lawton Water Authority Fund for projects funded by Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loans, and $300,000.00 to the Sports and Recreation Division’s Professional Services account for operational funding for the Lawton Youth Sports Authority.
