Consider accepting two grants from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board FEMA High Hazard Potential Dams (HHPD) Grant FY22 in support of the Lake Lawtonka and Lake Ellsworth Gate Operations Project, authorizing funding from 2019 CIP Water and Sewer funds and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreements between the City of Lawton and the Oklahoma Water Resources Board.
