Consider approving a memorandum of understanding with the Board of County Commissioners of Comanche County, Oklahoma, authorizing the Lawton Police Department to assist with the transportation of Comanche County Regional Juvenile Detention Center residents in the event an emergency situation renders the detention center unable to sustain operations and necessitates the relocation of its base of operations.
