Consider approving an agreement between the City of Lawton, on behalf of the Youth and Family Affairs Committee, and the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma, by and through University Outreach/College of Continuing Education’s National Resource Center for Youth Services, for Youth Thrive Training to be facilitated in Lawton, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
