Consider accepting a deed to the private road near the intersection of SW 67th Street and West Gore Boulevard in Lawton from Darryl D. Dunn and Christine J. Downs (current owners), accepting $7,900.00 as part of the settlement agreement, dismissing the lawsuit regarding the road (CJ-2021-473) without prejudice to all parties, and approving a resolution amending the City of Lawton FY21-22 budget, as amended, by appropriating $4,694.44 to the Streets Division’s Repair and Maintenance account for the repair of the road and $3,205.56 to the General Fund’s Funds in Transit account for the payment of delinquent property taxes.
