Contingent upon an amendment to Resolution 21-128 being approved to allocate $100,000 to Holiday in the Park, consider approving an Agreement between Holiday in the Park and the City of Lawton for the remainder of this fiscal year to fund up to an additional $100,000 from hotel/motel tax revenue for the purpose of supporting tourism through assisting with the development, organization, implementation and operation of the annual Holiday Display in Elmer Thomas Park, to include working year-round in the development of the display, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
