Consider approving a resolution, including any floor amendments related thereto, amending Resolution 21-128 to adjust Hotel/Motel Tax allocations by providing a June 2022 allocation of $100,000 to Holiday in the Park and $25,000 to the McMahan Auditorium Authority, with any unexpended appropriations from these June 2022 allocations to remain in their respective accounts perpetually and not transfer to the Economic Development Fund on June 30th; authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the resolution.
