Consider approving the professional services agreement between the City of Lawton and Goolsby Proctor, PLLC for actions brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C.§§1983, et seq, against municipal employees in their individual capacity while acting within the scope of their employment and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
