Consider authorizing the City Council and Mayor to enter into a required 3-Year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement which allows continued use of our current O365 Electronic Mail Service, and accept an updated pricing proposal from SHI to purchase O365 Electronic Mail and Productivity Software as a Service (SaaS), and authorize the execution of all appropriate documents.
