Consider approving a professional services proposal from Water Technology Inc. (WTI) to perform an evaluation of the city’s wading pools for the purpose of providing a cost analysis on the feasibility of repairing and/or restoring the City’s wading pools versus replacing them with splash pads and authorizing the Mayor to execute the document.
