Pursuant to Section 307C.11, Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, consider convening in executive session for purposes of receiving a presentation from the FISTA Trust Authority pertaining to the potential redevelopment of the retail portion of the Central Plaza (formerly Central Mall), including the possible transfer of property, financing, and creation of a proposal to entice businesses to remain or to locate within the Central Plaza property, the public disclosure of which would interfere with the potential redevelopment and violate the confidentiality of the businesses involved, and if necessary, take appropriate action in open session.
