Discuss the condition of the drainage channel located on the west side of NW Sheridan Road, at approximately the 600 block, just south of NW Ferris Blvd, and consider directing staff to work with adjacent property owners to obtain the necessary easements and perform the necessary design for the City to reconstruct the channel such that it properly drains and can be more easily maintained.
