Consider approving an ordinance pertaining to personnel policies and procedures, including any floor amendments that may be made thereto, amending Sections 17-1-1-102, 17-1-1-137 and 17-1-1-137.2 of Divisions 17-1-1 & 17-1-4, Article 17-1, Chapter 17, Lawton City Code, 2015, by redefining “Introductory Period” and “Introductory Status,” addressing the relationship between introductory periods and employee transfers, including as to rescinding promotions and voluntary demotions; providing for severability and providing an effective date.
