Consider approving the terms and form of a proposed amendment to the existing Lease-Purchase Agreements to provide for a partial repayment of the same from funds held in the impact fee account and authorize staff to send a letter informing the parties to said Lease-Purchase Agreements of the amendment terms and process, requiring a response to the same by February 28, 2022, as a condition of participation.
