Consider directing staff to evaluate the potential financial benefits of further amending the Lawton Downtown Economic Development Project Plan, which established TIF Districts 1 and 2, to further assist with funding long term economic development activities within the downtown area, including the Central Plaza (formerly the Central Mall) and the FISTA Innovation Park.
