Consider amending Council Policy 1-04 “Performance Evaluation of the City Manager” to correspond with language being used in the contracts of other council-hired employees and to specifically recognize council’s authority to conduct more frequent evaluations [i.e. more than two evaluations per year] at the council’s discretion.
