Consider approving a resolution amending the City of Lawton FY21-22 budget, as amended, by transferring up to $4,000,000.00 from the 2019 Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund, and appropriating said funds to the City-at-Large Division’s Radios account for the replacement of the City’s obsolete public safety radio system.
