Consider approving the incorporation of an additional provision into the city manager’s agreement, specifically: (1) modifying the re-evaluation clause in the city manager’s contract with the intent of including the same language concerning the frequency of reevaluations as the other council-hired employees, and after this modification is made, authorize the mayor to execute the agreement.
